An iconic design from revered Spanish jewellery house Carerra y Carerra.
Known for their figural jewellery, this piece is from the well recognised 'Los Manos' line of the 1970s.
The hand shaped clasp is made from solid 18ct gold (the hand is not hollow) and the cuff is set with approximately .6ct of brilliant cut diamonds (of consistent and good G-H colour and VS clarity).
The necklace is made from 8 strands of cultured pearls interspersed with 18ct gold beads. It can be worn twisted or loose, and is wildly elegant!
