Vibrant Turquoise & Diamond Antique 'Ever Thine' Pendant
Dating to c1860-1870 this beautiful turquoise pendant (converted from a brooch) showcases a chunky old mine cut diamond (approx .15ct) in an ornate star setting, surrounded by 8 turquoise 'petals'. A further 8 rose cut diamonds surround the piece.
A smooth, closed back holds the inscription 'Ever Thine' with a female winged harp around the year 1760. We suspect this reference relates to Ireland; historically the winged harp was their national emblem.
Offered in good antique condition, with some minor discolouration to the turquoise, to be expected in antique pieces. One piece of turquoise has been chipped (photographed) and is structurally sound.
This piece has a stationary 9ct gold jump ring with interior diameter of 4mm, if you require this to be increased we can widen slightly at no extra charge. Please add your request to order notes and allow 2 weeks before dispatch.
