Edwardian Lover's Knot Bangle

This beautiful bangle features a lover's knot: two strands of differently textured golds - one beautifully ornate and the other smooth and sleek - are interwoven to symbolise an unbreakable bond.

The bracelet is formed of 9ct gold which was originally 'dipped' in high carat gold to give the appearance of even higher gold purity. The piece weighs a generous 9.73g and is sturdy in construction (as evidenced by the absence of dings despite its significant age!).

This piece came to us with some tarnish, so we have had this piece polished & re-plated and it is offered in excellent antique condition.
