Diamond Solitaire Earrings by Cartier

A lovely, simple, pair of 18ct and diamond solitaire earrings by Cartier, with box.

The diamonds total 0.3 carats and have a VS clarity and are well matched in colour, around I-J (though, assessing colour of bezel set yellow gold diamonds is rarely accurate!).

Part of the les must de Cartier range, introduced in the 1970s, the pieces have a 'JC' stamp (attributable to Cartier) on the post, whilst the butterflies have a stamp with initials 'M' and 'C' which we believe relates to the les must de Cartier line.

The earrings will arrive in the Cartier box they were purchased in, which we believe to be original, and is a collectors item in its own right.

Offered in excellent vintage condition.
