Beautiful French Oval Diamond Pave Ring

Crafted in 18ct gold and platinum, approximately .88 carats of diamonds have been pavé set into this delightfully proportioned oval. The sparkle continues with more diamonds to the perfectly sloping shoulders, and the gallery is ornately constructed from swirling metal.

The rounded shank makes this a very comfortable piece to wear, and French hallmarks for 18ct and denoting the maker are found to the outside of the shank. We date this piece to circa 1950.
