This is a very unusual piece and i'm thrilled to have found it! This ring features and engraved cross carved into ametrine - a variety of quartz which has both citrine and amethyst. In this instance both are very pale in tone.
The shank itself is made from 18ct gold and is hand engraved around the gallery. It has ornate scrolling / bifurcated shoulders and is engraved "26 March 1911".
Offered in very good condition. This ring has been worn and the stone shows scratches - as photographed.
