We have added a 2.56ct octagon sapphire which has 'opalesence' to its lagoon blue and green tones to this antique dog clasp.

The only newly made part of this piece is the bezel and gemstone - all the other rings and components are antique. The sapphire is set in rose gold while the clasp itself is a warmly hued yellow gold.
