This vintage shamrock pendant, made in Dublin, is so beautifully made that it will not fail to catch your eye.
Each of the three leaves are formed to mimic the curvature of a true clover, meaning they are slightly concave to the centre. This effect has been enhanced by the clever brushing of the gold along the direction of each leaf.
The resulting impact is that the light catches this pendant from all angles, reflecting back into the eye of the beholder.
This piece has full hallmarks for 9ct gold, and was assayed Dublin, dating it to 1970.
