Classic 1950s Opal Flare Ring
Step aside for this vintage showstopper.
This unusual opal ring dishes out opal intrigue at will. It is unstoppable.
Three characterful claw set opals are surrounded by a halo of deep blue opals (so blue one could mistake them for turquoise at a first glance) that are exceptionally full of fire.
The ring is modelled in 9ct yellow gold and has a '375' stamp to the interior. Rings of this style are often misidentified as victorian or even deco, but this style was popular in the 1950s which is when we date this piece to.
Offered in excellent vintage condition, one opal has been re-set by our goldsmith and all stones have been tested and confirmed securely in place.
Materials: 9ct yellow gold, natural opal
