Designed as a signature piece, we have paired this extremely vivid Mali garnet with an antique ribbed belcher chain.

Mali garnets are generally uncommon in larger sizes, and so when I found this 3ct stone I was excited to put it front and centre in a piece. The deep golden-green tones of the stone work so well with the rich yellow gold of the piece. Known for their sparkle this gem is a delight.

We've set the garnet to a chunky rounded back bezel in the middle of the antique chain. The gold tone is rich true yellow and it closes with one of our newly made dog clasps. The bright colour is thanks to a flash plating applied to the original chain - this has been polished away where the chain meets the setting*.
