Ornate Victorian Gold Locket with Birds on Leaves

This substantial Victorian locket is intricately detailed with unique foliate scenes and birds.

To the front we see the amaryllis flower, which symbolise love and strength.

To the reverse many birds sit upon leaves of a potted plant, the pot inscribed with the initials 'WG'.

The interior is in its original condition and contains two original photographs of a couple of Victorian gentlemen, perhaps a father and son.

This locket is 9ct solid gold.

We have had the base metal ring upgraded and replaced with a solid 9ct gold ring with a generous 6mm width - ready to adorn the chain of your choice.
