There is nothing quite like a high carat antique ring with some serious weight behind it.

At 10.6g of 18ct gold, with full Chester hallmarks for 1915, this piece certainly fits that bill.

This piece is a shining example of the knot motif. Celtic in origin, the Victorian take on this motif features two strands sitting alongside one another, tied to create a knot, symbolising the journey that united souls take through life. 

Studded with three antique old-cut diamonds, this piece is in excellent antique condition.

This ring is a generous size UK R / US 8.5 and is happily easily sized down to a smaller size, which in the case of this ring is a service we can provide free of charge, and it could be comfortably reduced to a size O / 7.
