Dating to the Edwardian era this ring showcases a charming pearl and amethyst bug perched on a tablet - potentially a repurposed cufflink - suspended on an ornate and solid ring shank.
We believe the piece could be a marriage created in antiquity (as in, it's been worn as a ring for the last century) and love the idea that this jewellery has been repurposed to ensure love and wear.
Generously crafted in over 7 grams of 18ct yellow gold and offered in excellent antique condition.
Materials: 18ct yellow gold, pearl (likely cultured saltwater) and amethyst
Weight: 7.13g
Size: Size UK L / US 5.75
Other dimensions: 18.9m long and 16.9mm wide, height from finger 5.9mm
