Beautiful 18ct & Diamond Locket

This locket is a true love at first sight situation.

Dating to circa 1910, the perfect round shape and matte finish make this locket a piece of textural joy.

Featuring engraved flowers and maple leaves, the ornate and unusual engraving drops down to display a diamond set flourish of lilly of the valley flowers: a popular Victorian and Edwardian motif.

This locket came to us without any stones (and on its way to be melted, the horror!) and so we have restored it with three single cut diamonds.

The jump ring is original to the piece and bears a crisp '18' stamp. The locket itself opens and shuts, it doesn't have its original glass but is ready to house any mementos you choose!
