We have added a pinkish purple garnet in a superb elongated hexagon cut to this antique faceted belcher chain.
Each of the links of the chain has planished or faceted detail, the gold itself used to be part of a much larger long guard chain dating to C1900. We have finished the piece with one of our own modern swivel dog clasps.
The garnet has been set in a closed back yellow gold setting, making any flipping a feature!
