If you have discussed commissioning a piece with us, please purchase 1 commission card in order for us to start the hunt for your gemstone!
Your card is valid for one year from the date of purchase, and can be redeemed against your commission. If you do not end up completing a commission with us, it can be used against any purchase in the store.
It is non-refundable and it is not possible to extend the date of expiry.
Please purchase only after we have discussed your commission and provided quotes, and read our commission guidelines.
We reserve the right to end the commission process if we reasonably feel we cannot fulfil your request, at which point your commission card is still valid for store credit based on the arrangement above.
