This stone has been bezel set in 9ct and mounted to a high quality vintage closed-curb chain, securing with a spring ring, made by UnoAErre. The tightness of these links means the chain looks like a solid ribbon of gold, which hugs to the collarbone.

The stone itself has a heavy chip to the girdle, which has been obscured by the setting almost completely. A small edge can be seen if you investigate carefully with a loupe - but otherwise you would never know. The stone has a desired white / colourless tone (G-H) and heavily included (I3). The inclusions do not impact the beauty of the stone negatively, and the heavy hand-built bezel setting diminishes their visibility.
