Romantic Antique Pearl & Turquoise Necklace

This boldly romantic piece is (quite fittingly) a marriage, which is a piece of jewellery comprised of various antique pieces joined together.

Composed of a 15 carat gold brooch depicting a starburst and with hallmarks for Chester in 1904 which is in turn mounted to a dainty decorative chain of 5 flowers - also in pearls and turquoise - crafted from 9ct gold. The chain fastens with a stunning 15ct yellow gold fetter link chain.

This necklace makes a splash and is a joyful piece which works beautifully.

Offered in very good antique condition. One link connecting the pendant to the chain appears to be formed of base metal, the rest of the piece is solid gold.
