Dating to C1970, when white synthetic spinel was a very popular choice in jewellery, and made from 9ct gold, intersecting hearts run the full way around this oh-so-pretty band.
Offered in good vintage condition - as you would expect with a full eternity some of the stones are a little scuffed up, but they are all present and secure in their settings.
